JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting in pre-offer, onboarding, and post-joining documentation formalities
- Provide HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and
effective manner - Responsible for arranging induction sessions
- Meet SLA and track employee queries/ requests through calls, mailbox & online ticketing system
- Collate the attendance sheets with all relevant information from the client and work with Finance to
process payroll in a timely manner - Maintain and develop the personnel filing system (i.e., new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in
job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time off) - Administer medical insurance and related documentation and advise employees on eligibility criteria
- Draft ad hoc employee letters like NOC, Salary Transfer & Certificates
- Assist with tracking and reporting for MIS
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification: Graduate Degree
Skills and Competencies
- Must have UAE experience.
- 3 Years of UAE experience in a similar role and knowledge of UAE labour laws is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone calls etiquette
- Valid driving license with a car would be an added advantage
