A finance professional with a career history working for some of the UK’s leading corporates, Richard joined TASC as CFO before making the transition to operational management.

A clear strategic thinker, Richard is widely respected for his leadership qualities and for his ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation, and for helping to develop and deliver innovative client-focused solutions, driving the company’s ongoing growth.

A people strategist with over two decades of experience across global markets, Vani has been instrumental in helping organizations unlock performance and growth. She has led large-scale programs in organization design, change management, and culture transformation, enabling businesses to scale, improve productivity, and achieve excellence. Widely respected for her ability to align people practices with business goals.

Michael Kogeler is a seasoned global executive, innovator, and thought leader in the technology sector with over 30 years of experience. He is known for driving digital transformation and creating impactful change through technology and innovation. Michael has successfully led businesses and teams in high-growth, dynamic environments across multiple sectors, particularly in leveraging AI, big data, and cloud technologies to address critical business challenges. With a passion for fostering innovation, he excels in building strong partnerships with customers and stakeholders, pushing boundaries to create business value. His leadership style focuses on people, driving organizational change through mentoring, coaching, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

With over 27 years of experience in product development and enterprise software, Sudheer has built and scaled engineering centres in India for leading multinationals. He is recognized for driving complex product lifecycles, turning around challenging projects, and delivering high-quality releases across global markets. A strong technology leader, Sudheer is valued for his ability to combine innovation with organizational vision while building and motivating high-performing teams.

As a Senior Vice President and Executive Team Member at TASC Outsourcing, Pedro leads innovative, effective hiring solutions for businesses of all types and sizes in the region. With over 25 years of experience in global management and sales, Pedro has worked for some of the world's top HR consulting and outsourcing companies, such as Kelly Services, Crystal Lagoons, Hays Group, and Randstad Group, in 10 different countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.

With 15 years experience, nine of them in the Gulf region, Anil worked with some of the world’s leading staffing and recruitment companies before joining TASC. Anil worked in Account Management and conceptualised and managed our Enterprise Staffing offering, before moving to head up our operations in Saudi Arabia.

With over 30 years in the technical recruitment sector, Tim has led the growth and transformation of businesses across the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and India. He is recognized for building high-performing sales teams, driving market expansion, and introducing innovative workforce solutions such as Statement of Work and PMaaS, while consistently scaling businesses and fostering high-growth cultures that deliver long-term success.

With a decade of experience in account management and handling government regulations, Amit leads the GRO business at TASC in KSA. He has demonstrated best practice ability to develop and implement tactical and operational initiatives critical for business success. Amit aims to deliver high-quality services to customers, build long-lasting relationships, and nurture them in his current role.
